My heart aches so much with sadness, Many, many tears still flow, For what it means to love and miss you Mummy, No one will ever know.
Even though I cannot see you, Your voice I cannot hear, I know you walk beside me, Never absent, always near.
Of all the precious gifts in life, However great or small, To have you as my Mummy, Is the greatest gift of all.
So if I have a lifetime wish, A wish that would come true, I would pray to God with all my heart, For yesterday and you.
